The Relief Fund

The Homeland Security Foundation (HSF), Inc. is establishing the guideline to set  a relief fund  which will provide charitable assistance to people  affected by a terrorist attack, the consequences of a biological warfare and resulting diseases. The Relief Fund will be established with contributions from the private and public sectors. Please, let us know your ideas and comments in regard to this issue.
